Data we process

• Contact details: name, email address, telephone and locality.
• Project details: product, measurements, materials, options, timing and message.
• Photos, plans and documents you voluntarily upload.
• Technical data strictly necessary for site security and operation.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding, preparing a quote and follow-up: pre-contractual steps requested by you.
• Securing the site, preventing abuse and keeping evidence of exchanges: legitimate interests.
• Sending news only when you select the optional box: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Meeting accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

Recipients

Authorised Lux Art staff and necessary hosting, storage and email providers can access relevant data. They act only to provide these services and are bound by confidentiality and security duties. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 24 months after the last contact. Contract records are retained for applicable legal periods. Attachment download links expire after 7 days; source files remain protected while needed and are then deleted under the same retention policy.

Configurator draft

Your browser locally stores a strictly necessary draft so you can continue the configurator. It remains on your device, is not used for advertising and can be erased with the reset button or browser controls.

Google Maps

Google Maps loads only after your explicit choice. Activating it may send your IP address and technical information to Google under its own privacy terms. No non-essential analytics or advertising tools are enabled.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and, where applicable, request portability. Contact info@lux-art.lu. We may verify your identity before responding.

Security and updates

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including private attachment storage and temporary links. Changes are identified by the date at the top.
