How much does a bioclimatic pergola cost?
The price of a bioclimatic pergola varies greatly depending on the surface to cover, the options chosen and the complexity of the project. Rather than giving a generic figure, it is more useful to understand what actually drives the budget before requesting a tailored quote.

Surface area and structure
The size of the pergola is the first cost factor: the larger the surface to cover, the more aluminium, louvres and posts are needed. Configuration matters too: a pergola attached to the house is generally simpler than a free-standing structure, which requires more reinforcement to resist wind. The number and position of load-bearing posts also affect final sizing.
Options and side closures
Beyond the roof, the budget depends on the chosen side walls: sliding glass panels, solar protection screens or solid panels. Each side can have a different solution depending on wind or overlook exposure, which personalises the cost. Integrated LED lighting, louvre motorisation, automatic sensors and the chosen RAL colour for the aluminium also affect the final amount.
Installation and site conditions
The overall cost also includes preparing the support, site accessibility and any anchoring work depending on the ground or existing terrace. A structure installed on an already stable slab requires less preparatory work than an installation needing specific foundations. These elements are assessed during the on-site visit, alongside the 3D Flexijet measurement.
Getting a reliable estimate
Since every bioclimatic pergola is custom-designed, the only way to get a reliable price is to share your approximate dimensions and wishes with us, then schedule a Flexijet survey. Lux Art Dream Design then draws up a detailed quote accounting for the structure, chosen walls and finishes, with no surprises at order time.
